PMF Signal ("PMF Signal," "we," "us") is currently operated by an individual, not a registered company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions: admin@pmfsignal.com.
The service
PMF Signal generates AI-assisted research reports and execution plans, judged against a founder profile you provide. These outputs are not professional, financial, legal, or investment advice. They are a research tool, produced by a language model that can be wrong, miss context, or misjudge a market. Verify anything load-bearing before acting on it, and use your own judgment for any decision with real money behind it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to use PMF Signal. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We authenticate accounts through Clerk; we don't store your password ourselves.
Payment and credits
- Reports and execution plans are paid for with credits, purchased in packs at the prices shown at checkout. Credits do not expire. There is no subscription — every purchase is one-time.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable, except that if a report or plan generation fails to complete, the credit it would have cost is automatically returned to your balance — this happens without you needing to ask.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
Your content
You own the reports and plans generated for your account, and may use them for your own business purposes. You're responsible for what you submit — the idea text you type and any document you attach. If you attach something someone else wrote, you're representing that you have the right to submit it for research purposes. Don't submit anything illegal, anything you don't have the right to share, or anything that violates someone else's rights.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to circumvent the credit system, abuse the service to extract disproportionate compute for free, or use the MCP server integration beyond its intended purpose of letting your own AI clients read your own reports. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty
PMF Signal is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMF Signal's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business decisions made based on a report's content.
Termination
You may stop using PMF Signal and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except as stated above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use PMF Signal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
